ABOUT REBEKAH

Experience. Integrity. Relentless Advocacy.

Rebekah Saunders is a battle-tested trial attorney with more than 15 years of courtroom experience and over 50 trials to verdict, known for her disciplined litigation strategy and commanding presence before judges and juries.

Prior to entering private practice, Rebekah represented the United States of America when serving as an Assistant United States Attorney at the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Texas. Her federal practice included multi-million-dollar fraud schemes, violent crimes, sex offenses, human trafficking, firearms offenses, car-jackings, robberies and kidnappings, law-enforcement abuse of authority, long-term investigations, and multi-count indictments. Before becoming an AUSA, she mastered state laws and court procedures as a Chief Assistant District Attorney practicing primarily in Fort Bend and Galveston Counties, excelling in delivering favorable results in fast-paced legal environments.

Passionate about both civil and criminal litigation, she ultimately founded Saunders Litigation, PLLC, to integrate these into a trial-focused practice. Her comprehensive background and diverse experience equip her to handle the full spectrum of civil and criminal disputes.
